Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery Times:

We can ship to virtually any address in the U.S using the U.S. Postal Service, so please provide a ship to address that is USPS compatible

We normally ask that you please allow
10-14 business days for delivery. HOWEVER, DUE TO CURRENT DISTRIBUTION ISSUES WITH UNDER ARMOUR'S WAREHOUSES SOME ITEMS MAY TAKE UP TO 21-28 BUSINESS DAYS TO FULFILL. We apologize for what we hope and believe to be a temporary inconvenience.

Some items may take longer depending on availability. If you have a specific deadline or other need to expedite a shipment please contact us and we will try to accommodate you as best we can. 

Shipping rates for most of the items offered on ParkerSpirit.com are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of most of the shipping services we use, some item weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If you get a message at the end of your ordering process that states that some of the items in your cart can not be delivered to the address given, please try breaking your order into two separate orders.  Every now and then an order with multiple items will surpass the shipping parameters set up by the shipping software. If this does not solve the problem please contact us and we will assist you. 

 

Exchange & Return Policy:

Most new, unused items decorated with a general "Parker" or "P" logo may be returned within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item), or the item is defective ParkerSpirit.com will pay for any costs to return or replace the item.

Items that have been customized with a specific team sport name, custom name, custom number, or any other non-general "Parker" or "P"  embellishment are not returnable nor exchangeable. 

If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:

  1. Please email us at sales@ParkerSpirit.com to let us know what exchange you would like to make.
  2. Leave the items you want to return in bag at the security guards booth, along with either your packing slip or a note with your order information so that we can properly credit your account. 
  3. Once we have received the items you are returning we will email you when the items you wan tot exchange for are ready to be picked up.  Those items will be left for you to pick up at the main reception desk in a bag with your name on it.

If the items you are requesting are in stock we will make every effort to fulfill your request within 24 hours. If they are not in stock we will do all we can get those items in as quickly as possible.
